Aim of the course

The principal aim of this subject is to introduce students to the basics of doing business online. Additionally show them new horizons for company strategies. To give students new tools for strategy building. They will receive many examples of new possibilities to create long term strategic advantage. At the end participants should be able to generate new ideas, improve business processes and effectiveness of given company.

Methods of teaching

Lecture, combination of tutorials and workshops (tutorials follow a case study approach).

Students will work in teams, dealing with real projects, ''work on case''. Classes will end with the presentation of the final work, to which the entire duration of the course will be to collect data. The work will be a real idea of ​​start-up related to new technologies. The course instructor will be using examples. Classes will be held in the form of discussion and creative exercises to implement the known solutions in an innovative way.
